My N4f4 T3sT

My Nafa test was on a monday. I did well for my Shuttle Run, Inclined Pull-up,and Sit and push. All this, I got 'A' for them. The ones i got 'B' is 1.6 kilometre run alone. I had a 'C' too. It was my Standing Broad Jump. The ones i got 'D' was sit-up. I could have got a 'C' if i did 11 more. As for overall, I had a 'Silver'. I was number '13' place in my 1.6 kilometre run. I took 10.01 seconds to complete the 4 rounds. Every round we went we had to take a rubber band. My brother and sister had 'Gold' for every Nafa Test as they had joined 'Gymnastics' at Chinese High. I think Nafa Test is to let us Exercise and make us healthier.
